Why we built it
Every digital health product eventually needs a lab result. The first integration takes months: contracting with a national lab, mapping CPT and LOINC codes, negotiating specimen logistics, then discovering the result format is a PDF with inconsistent units.
We standardised that layer. One contract, one schema, one webhook — with the regulatory work (CLIA certification, clinician review, BAA) handled by the network instead of your engineering team.
Today progmedlab routes orders across 34 laboratories in 41 countries, returning LOINC-coded results in 24–48 h for most assays.
